HEALTH AND LIFESTYLE – SOMETHING FORGOTTEN IN THE 21ST CENTURY
Above is a PDF on my take on Health and Lifestyle in the 21st Century. I believe in maintaining a healthy lifestyle with fixed times for activities like sleeping, work, exercise and meals. Although I am no professional athlete, I enjoy running and have been at several cross country races and marathons since school days. Recently I have also taken up the 10000 steps a day challenge and aim to complete 3.65 million steps in 2018.
